Hailing from a quaint farming community near Cavendish, Idaho, Bill’s journey began. Post-high school, he enlisted in the US Navy, spending a year in rigorous training before joining a fighter squadron stationed in Vietnam. After four years of service, he returned home, started a family, and embarked on a career as a community mental health counselor.
This path led him to assume the role of executive director at a ranch dedicated to caring for 48 abandoned, abused, and neglected boys, a position he held for a decade. Over the years, Bill has held various leadership roles in counseling, organizational development, and corporate settings.
Ultimately, he found his calling as the Adult Ministries Pastor at Desert Breeze Community Church in Phoenix, Arizona. With over 50 years of experience in ministry, counseling, leadership, and training, Bill has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He has led small groups, provided pastoral counseling, and directed Celebrate Recovery ministries. Alongside Sandy, they have devoted 30 years to training leaders, teaching, and guiding groups.
Today, Bill and Sandy continue to inspire and empower individuals and communities through their unwavering commitment to faith, family, and service.
He holds a Certificate as a Mediator and Undergraduate studies in Psychology and Organizational Development.
